• When you submit a contact form, review, or custom order request, I collect the information you provide (typically your name, email, and message).
• When you make a purchase, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details directly.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are kept by my hosting provider, Netlify, for security and performance.

How I use it

• Your name, email, and message are used to respond to your inquiry and fulfill any orders you place.
• I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to process payments (Stripe) or host the site (Netlify).

Cookies and analytics

• This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics services.

• Brittani's Crochets is a small handmade business based in Arizona, USA, run by Brittani Olson.

Products

• Every item is crocheted by hand. Because each piece is individually made, expect small natural variations in color, texture, and sizing between items — no two are exactly alike.
• Photos are representative; the item you receive may have minor differences from what's pictured.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Payment is processed by Stripe when you place an order. Full payment is required at the time of order, including for custom orders.
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in the event of a pricing error or stock issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Orders

• Custom orders are paid in full at the time the order is placed.
• Once production starts, custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Production timelines (typically 3–4 weeks) are estimates, not guarantees — handmade work is variable.
• I'll do my best to match the colors and details we discuss, but small variations may occur.

Customer Reviews & Photos

• If you submit a review, photo, or testimonial through the site, you grant me permission to display it on brittaniscrochets.com and on related social media.

Intellectual Property
